Meditation courses

Our meditation courses are designed to help you learn simple meditation techniques that you can utilise immediately, and begin to feel the benefits. Course participants will have access to free guided audio meditations to help support your practice.

The Course includes:

  • Introduction and practice of simple mindfulness meditation techniques
  • Individualised guidance and support in small group setting
  • Understanding the science of meditation and how it helps our mind and body
  • How to incorporate meditation and mindfulness into daily life to cultivate calm
  • Opportunity to ask questions and refine your practice
  • Access to FREE guided audio meditations

The course is suitable for beginners or those wanting to deepen their meditation practice. At the end of the course you will have the tools you need to meditate on your own and start creating transformational change in your life.

Week 1:  Mindfulness of breath
Week 2:  Mindfulness of body
Week 3:  Sound meditation
Week 4:  Mantra meditation
Week 5:  Deepening practice
