Feedback about Emma…

“I have been practicing mindfulness for over 30 years and that is one of the best I’ve seen on mindfulness. Very helpful in explaining to clients, and also for myself in knowing what is best and how to progress through the exercises. Thanks Emma.”

Emma is a knowledgeable and engaging presenter! She offered a range of practical and evidence-based stress management strategies. Following her course I felt more confident in my ability to manage stress and overwhelm and believe that I have a greater capacity to be present and engage with my work. In addition, I believe that Emma’s course will help me to notice and prevent burnout in the future. I would highly recommend her course!”

Vanessa Bailey, Clinical Psychologist

“Thanks Emma. It was brilliant. It’s something I have been curious about for a while so the introduction and science behind why it’s effective was great.”

Lisa, Psychologist
