I know from personal experience, how depleting it is to feel stressed, overwhelmed and burnt out. To be juggling a million things and not have any space in your day just to relax and breathe! I know how awful that can feel, which is why I am passionate about supporting other women. But I also know we don’t have to be stuck in that place, and that things can feel more balanced, and unfold with more ease and flow. There are simple strategies and tools we can use to cultivate a sense of peace and vitality. The things we want can flow more easily into our life.
The course will show you simple tools and strategies to:
- Feel less stress, pressure, and overload
- Set boundaries so you aren’t self-sacrificing and over committing
- Give yourself permission to take a break!
- Replenish and restore balance
- Cultivate a sense of joy, fun and playfulness
- Discover the two powerful modes of Being to 1) maximise energy and joy, and 2) spark creativity and inspiration
- Feel more present and connected with others
- Pursue dreams that stimulate you and Light up your Soul without losing balance
- Tune into Intuition and Higher Self for greater clarity, creativity, and productivity

The course is designed to help you understand what happens in our brain and body and how that impacts our ability to create (or block!) the things we want in life. Once we shift those blocks, things we want will flow more easily into our experience (and we will feel happier too!).
This program is for you if:
- you feel overwhelmed, tired or stressed about the juggle of life

This program is not for you if:
- you aren’t interested in mindfulness and meditation
- you don’t feel ready to do the inner work
- you are not open to a Higher Self (whatever you call that…Higher Intelligence, Inner Wisdom, Intuition, Soul, Source, the Universe)

3 Month Group Program includes
- 6 x 90min group coaching calls (run fortnightly)
- 6 x meditation sessions run fortnightly (30min experiential session + optional Q&A 30min for those who want check-in/support)
- Private Facebook group for support, connection and resources

3 x 1:1 one hour private coaching sessions with Emma to accelerate momentum to your goals

Course commences 28th April 2023. Groups will run Friday lunchtime AEST. Recordings available for those who miss the live sessions.
Our Science of Manifesting program helps shift beliefs and behaviour patterns holding you back from things you want. Learn practical strategies and powerful tools to reduce stress, cultivate more time and energy, and step into the things you want most. I show you the simple tools that I have used to create deep satisfaction and joy. (A mix of nerdy neuroscience and traditional eastern philosophy).
It takes conscious effort to do the inner work. But if you are ready, I would love to teach you the strategies that have transformed my life and brought me so much joy.
